ABOUT THE COURSE
Our 22 week program will cover all aspects of Muay Thai from beginner to advanced technique. This program will challenge you mentally and physically and we expect students to push themselves to their own limits. Students who wish to fight at the end of the course are expected to do extra training as the course progresses so that at the end of the 22 weeks students are fight ready.

The training
The aim of this program is to take you, a complete beginner, and in 22 weeks turn you into a muay thai super star! We don't just go through techniques quickly - we break down each technique and learn the how and why of each movement. Training starts with the basics such as stance, guard, walking and punching, and progresses through to sparring and advanced grappling
techniques. Over the course of 22 weeks you will learn technique, gain strength, gain balance, gain confidence, lose weight if you wish, and be ready to kick arse by the end of the program! The training whilst difficult is for everyone and
anyone. We have had students as young as 11 complete the program and as old as 60! Inside the gym we have a full sized boxing ring, quality equipment for training, a sauna, a shower, lockers, a large matted gym area and an enclosed kids area.
Your trainer
Your trainer is one of the few trainers in Australia with the knowledge to teach this course. Boy grew up in Thailand and started training at the age of 6 with his first fight at 8 years old. He has since had over 200 professional fights, gained silver in the world championships and made muay thai his life.
THE OPTIONAL FIGHT
At the end of the program we hold an amateur fight night at the gym for all our Naught2Taught students to test their new skills in the ring. This night is a celebration for all our students who have completed the program and a chance to cheer on those who wish to compete.

For your safety we will only match fights for those students who have pushed themselves during the program and who have done a minimum of 3 training sessions per week.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! We have Facebook tutorials that will teach you the basic techniques we learn and you can catch up when you return.
We don’t recommend the adults program for any students under 15. However we have taken very keen students who are younger.
The program is quite physical, if you have an injury we would need you to discuss with us prior to signing up.
We have class times in the morning and in the evening. You may come to any of these class times you wish. Each day we do different techniques so our morning class on a Tuesday and our Evening class on a Tuesday will be taught the same techniques.
Yes! We have students who do this course for self defence, weight loss, to learn something new, or sometimes even to meet new people and join a community! Sparring is part of the course - however we do not push anyone into jumping in the ring!
We have the course designed so that the first 6 weeks of the course is mostly technique. You will gain fitness and strength throughout the 22 weeks therefore your fitness won’t effect your ability to start!
Once a student has signed up for the course we do not offer refunds or cancellations on the payment plans. If a student is injured outside the gym and cannot complete the course we offer the student to jump onto our next course to complete the remaining weeks. We do however offer unlimited normal classes at the gym for the full 22 weeks so if work schedules change you can always find other classes that you can jump into instead of the Naught2Taught sessions!
